With ACT.small, our mobile composting plant, we can process your plant-specific input into compost on site. Convince yourself of the functionality and simplicity of the ACT composting system, simply create your own reference!
The mobile system is equipped with two units, each of which can treat around 210 m³ of material. The material can be aerated in a targeted manner through pipes resting on the floor. Connected to the pipes is our control unit with the fans, which ensure the correct pressurized aeration of the rotting material. The mobile system is also covered with our semi-permeable membrane. This allows you to experience the full performance of the ACT system, with one small restriction: unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the leachate.
We will support you from the very first second. ACT will not only be on site during set-up, conversion and dismantling, we will also be happy to advise you on the compilation and preparation of the input material. And if we are not on site, we can monitor and control the composting process online at any time thanks to the cloud-based control system and the sensor technology it contains.

The duration of the individual rotting phases depends on the input mixture used and is determined separately with us for each plant. In doing so, we are guided by your input materials, the desired compost quality and are also happy to advise you on the use of the resulting compost. As ACT.small is equipped with two composting units, two different material mixtures can be treated in parallel. This makes it easier to develop new input sources or to tailor a plant conversion to your exact requirements.
